I was looking forward to using this but it doesn't work except for the lights. Currently working with brook to try and get it working.

I've had a original PS1 controller for a while after finding one at a local Goodwill and have always wanted to someday use it to play PS1 and PS2 games. I recently discovered PS1 and PS2 emulators so I went looking for an adapter for the controller. All answers more or less kept pointing to the Brook Wingman adapter. However most sites were out of stock and seemed to be out of stock for a while. My hopes of getting a Brook Wingman adapter looked slim. Luckily, I discovered RetroArcadeCrafts and they fortunately had them in stock so I didn't hesitate to purchase the item. After receiving the item it took a little playing around with and researching to get it to work 100% but now it works like a dream. I haven't had a need to use it's Turbo function or really any other function besides connecting to my PC. Being able to play PS1 and PS2 games on an original PS1 controller makes me feel like a kid again. One last time, thank you Brook and RetroArcadeCrafts.

The converter works nicely for using ps1 or ps2 controller for the ps4, ps5 console. For fighting games only. The joystick does work for certain games. In order to make it work, connect the converter and controller on the ps4 home menu not during gameplay.
