Troubleshooting

Quick checks for most products

  1. Turn off the console, computer, display and adapter.
  2. Reconnect every cable firmly and connect any required USB power.
  3. Remove hubs, splitters, switches, extension cables and capture devices while testing.
  4. Restart the display or computer first, then reconnect and power on the product.
  5. Try another port, data-capable USB cable, HDMI cable or compatible device when available.

No signal, black screen or video problems
